It all starts with your contact message. Please describe what you have in mind, and when it's needed.

We will set up a 15 to 45 minute discovery call or chat time to your project in depth. You talk, I listen and take notes. We get your dates set for booking and you will receive a confirmation email with the project estimate, and deposit amount. Project bookings are confirmed by paying the deposit, or project total in full. This is first come, first served.

After the discovery call, booking, and deposit are cleared the work begins.

+ Photography & Editing: Will be completed at the agreed upon time, location, and duration. All photos and edits will be available in two weeks or less.

+ Branding & Design: The first stages are storyboarding, sketching, and finding the inspiration for your project. Next, you will start receiving design work according to what we talked about in the discovery call. After a concept is agreed upon, up to three rounds of revisions will be provided. Any additional revisions after the third will cost extra. Once a design is approved, all final files will be provided upon final payment.

Turn around time depends on how detailed the project is, and other business factors. On average the absolute longest turn around time for photography is two weeks, and a design project is one month. Deadlines will be discussed in our discovery call.

Yes. Traveling for photography is almost necessary, and being on location for design work is a possibility. It all depends on distance, and duration. It costs time to get from point A to B.

Once final payment has been completed, you can not resell it or try to pass it off directly as your own work. That would be classic plagiarism (very different than plagiarizing AI). Other than that, you can use it for whatever you like. I may use it in my portfolio, or as a work sample, but that's it.

It all depends on the project need, and how much time it will take. I have been doing this professionally since 2014. I have years of experience, but still do not have super powers.

Yes. The order and rush fee must be paid in full before it is confirmed. Rush fees are based on required turn around time. The shorter the window the greater the increase. Rush fee is non refundable.

Photography: All photography provided are high resolution .jpg or .png files.

Branding & Design: High quality vector art files (.eps .pdf .ai) along with, high resolution .jpg files to for print, and .png files for screens.

Video & Animation: All moving file formats will be provided in high quality .mp4 or .gif files.

Photography & Videography: All deposits are non-refundable.

Branding & Design: Up to 90% refund is possible before concepts are provided. Up to 50% refund is possible after design concepts are provided.
